Cancellation Policy Update

Starting on March 1st, 2025 we will be updating our cancellation policy.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled time please provide 48 hours notice, from the start of the visit time. If a proper notice is not received the payment method on file will automatically be charged for the full visit cost.

FOR INSURANCE PATIENTS

This policy affects both non-insurance and insurance patients equally. Meaning both will be subject to this fee regardless of coverage.

FOR MONDAY APPOINTMENTS

The cancellation window for a Monday visit is the Thursday before the designated time. Our clinic is not open on weekends and therefore cannot accommodate any cancellations or reschedules made during hours the clinic is closed.

Cancellations are invalid if submitted in the following ways:

•Emailing or messaging Dr.Nixon

•Responding to an automated message

•Contacting Axis Chiropractic

Each and every appointment time is reserved specifically for you. This policy allows us as a small business to continue to keep our appointment times longer than a regular physician’s office and really get to know you and your health goals on an individual level. Thank you for your understanding and giving us the required notice.

Extended Hours

Beginning in 2025, the clinic will now be open until 5:30 on Tuesdays & Thursdays.

This choice has been made to accommodate patients with a more typical work schedule. If you are interested in seeing Dr. Nixon at this time, please do not hesitate to call.
